This industrial space consists of two rooms which both can be rented. One is well decorated and is suitable as a gallery. The other, more industrial area is a great as working space. The area in the back is connected to two gardens, which is a really quite, laid-back area as no one lives around or upstairs.
Ideal for emerging and established artists who love to exhibit their works and expand their audience.

It is possible to rent the entire space of 200 square meters, or just one of the rooms, which are very different from each other.
Description of the first room:
This is on the ground floor and overlooks one of the crossroads of the main road in Spaarndammerbuurt in Amsterdam, at 2 meters walk form Westerpark.
The 58 sqm room is well decorated with a high ceiling, and is equipped with a system for hanging pictures and photos along the wall. Obviously if you do not prefer this system you can use nails and adhesives.
Description of the second room:
Spacious workroom available for creative workshops. Also located at ground level and has a view of the garden and independent entrance. The space is especially suitable for artistic workshops, but also for exhibition. The fact that it has an industrial and undecorated look allows it to be used as a work room. The floor size is 85sqm and welcomes 20/25 number of guests if used as a co-working space.
A middle room present in the building to use as a chillout area with sofas and a fridge where you can store your own drinks or food. Shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are next to the space.
The overall capacity inside the Venue is 100 people
