Lately, I have been working with epoxy/polyester, mainly because it is a strong and light material, which can also be used outside. Above all, using epoxy/polyester allows me to give my sculptures a ‘tight finish’, which fits very well with the shapes of my sculptures. Almost all of my designs are derived from human positions. I strongly abstract these positions, and aim to exaggerate the lines and forms that are most important to me. In this way, practically abstract forms and shapes emerge, but (almost)always with a figurative source of inspiration.
