Bij de studio/ Broedplaats is het gratis parkeren. Iets wat je in Amsterdam niet meer tegenkomt!
Ook heel geschikt voor bijv. content creators, maar ook amateur fotografen.
We delen de ruimte met zijn 4-en maar er is bijna altijd plaats.
Ik en nog een andere fotograaf werken voornamelijk op locatie. De studio is uitvalsbasis.
Omdat we de ruimte met een paar mensen delen is de huur laag. (te laag eigenlijk)
Huur is 160 euro per maand exl./ btw. 193,60 incl btw.
De huur is inclusief het gebruik van de achtergrond rollen en statieven. Diverse kleuren achtergronden aanwezig.
Licht mag je gebruiken in overleg.
Huurperiode is voor minimaal 1 jaar. Borg is 3 maanden huur.
De ruimte is echt bedoeld om te gebruiken als studio. Niet als edit/ kantoorruimte.
Dat levert een nodeloze druk op de ruimte op.
En het is geen antikraak, dus niet opeens binnen 2 weken verhuizen met je shit.

The space is almost 50m2 and equipped with a background system, make-up corner, tripods, reflection screens, table and coach.
Free parking is available at the studio/ Broedplaats.
You won't find that in Amsterdam anymore!
Also very suitable for e.g. content creator, but also amateur photographers, because off the affordable price !
We share space with 4 of us, but there is almost always room.
Me and another photographer mainly work on location. The studio is my base.
Because we share the space with a few people, the rent is low. (too low actually)
Rent is 160 euros per month excluding VAT. 193,60 including VAT.
The rental includes the use of background rolls and tripods. Various background colors available.
Lights van be used on certain agreements
Rental period is for a minimum of 1 year.
Deposit is 3 months rent.
The space is really intended to be used as a studio. Not as edit/office space.
This creates an unnecessary pressure on space.
And it's not anti-squat, so don't suddenly move within 2 weeks with your shit.
