In Broedplaats LELY, an architectural showpiece designed by Ben Ingwersen in the 1960s, a workspace is available on the ground floor. You enter the studio through the main hall, which then leads to more private corridor from which the studios spread out. The space is available immediately.
You will share the incubator with a diversity of artists, creatives and various cultural institutions such as ISH Dance Collective and BackBone. The incubator is located right next to Lelylaan Station so very easily accessible by public transportation.
For this space we are looking for a candidate who will use the space as a workspace, studio or office.
