Music studio sublet for composer or music producer

Hi there,

I have room for 1 Composer, Music producer or Artist to sublet my private music studio at broedplaats Contact in Amsterdam, nearby Sloterdijk. I only use my space during office hours, so the space, including use of my instruments and equipment and building facilities is available to sublet for use outside office hours (weekdays from around 18:00, sat/sundays whole day). The building is accessible 24/7, so If you like working at evenings, weekends and nights this might be for you. The area and building usually is very quiet in off-peak hours so it can be a perfect place to create and get some undisturbed inspirations. Parking is free after 19:00 and in the weekends. However no parking spots on the property itsself.

READ CAREFULLY: This space is not suitable for rehearsing with a band, loud instruments like drums, or loud recordings/sessions. I'm looking for someone in the same line of work who has controlled volumes.

I'm looking for an organised person who knows how the basics of a music studio connects and works, cleans after its self, takes responsibility for properly opening and closing down the studio and building, and treats my equipment, instruments, and its surroundings and other tenants with respect. The broedplaats is a nice, creative and social environment with multiple talented producers and creatives.

I'm not searching for multiple subletters, just one person who signs up for all outside office-hours. If you're a collective or producer-duo, just contact me and we'll see what is possible. The indication of the price is around 300 ex VAT. Please only reply if this is within your budget. We'll do 1 month trail and if it's a good match we are continuing and if you decide to leave after the trail period, it needs to be with a 1-month notice.
