Looking for a studio

Starting January 1st, I'm looking for a space to replace my current studio where I can shoot photographs and create small objects.

I am an artist working with holistic health, language and somatic research. Sometimes lost in my computer for months sometimes I make stuff on a table, sometimes on the floor on a yoga mat.

A secure small space with good natural light is all I need.
As unfortunately the building am in is soon being demolished.

I live in Oost, so I'd prefer to be somewhere in the Centre, Oost, Zuid areas but I'm open to other suggestions my budget is around €250-300€.

And I can share space if the situation is clear and it's not a desk only space.
