Multidimensional artist looking for a studio space ( either for me or (for 2 peope) to share with another collegue I have))

I am an artist who is looking to resume my portfolio-making process in Amsterdam
I will want to work with large canvases for big paintngs, I will need space for a sewing station as my colleague and I want to create a sustainable clothing line together)
In general, would be nice to find a space larger than 10m2, less an ofie space, more an atelier/workspace for artists.
