Studio space to share (70sqm) in Amsterdam (Sparkelweg)

Hi,
I am looking for someone to share a studio space in Amsterdam Sparkleweg. The space is really nice with two areas of the same size.
It can be suitable for providing workshops, or for a creative studio or even a retail space.
I'm looking for someone who is willing to commit for two years (lease term).
