Superstudio - deskspace for rent

In my studio of ca. 40 m2 is temporary space for rent for a second person. The studio is super beautiful; half a classroom and partly double high. The workspace concerns a deskspace for 'clean' work e.g.; graphic design, writing, photography. You share the space with me. I use the studio daily as an architect. The coasts are 175,- a month including gas, electricity, BTW and internet. The rent can start immediately and will continue at least till 31st of December 2026.
