30m2 atelier available to sub-rent from now until August, with the big possibility it can continue to be rented long term.

Studio is part of a big warehouse space which is shared with 5 other artists in Papaverhoek (Amsterdam Noord).
It's a semi-private space on the 1st floor of total size of 60m2. There is a curtain in the middle dividing my studio from another artist.

On the ground floor there is a communal kitchen with access to the water terrace, and a 120m2 shared space which can be used for big projects and "dirty work".
