Cosy Studio Share

Hey,

I have a cosy, north facing studio and looking to share with a part time illustrator or painter. I am currently considering winding the whole studio down and resetting up in my home, however everytime I come, it's got such a good vibe. The studio is full of books, art and craft inspiration and boasts one of two hand spun copper espresso makers in the world!

It's not big but I've been told it's inspiring! I work with 2D drawing/painting and use a different studio for sculpture at my work. Depending on your needs I can easily make space for 1 desk and a free standing easel and we can discuss cost splits. I pay 320 a month and depending on your needs and desires happy to see what could work.

Ideally I'm looking for someone part time, I work in the studio mostly Thursdays and Fridays when I'm not teaching an sometimes at weekends.
