We offer inspiring working spots in our creative studio;
- the entresol, overlooking the waters of the IJ canal, creative working space of 24m2 - working table present adjustable in height,
space for 3 more desks
- the central working space, 20m2 - also ideal for workshops/meetings and blank wall for projection
- the entrance gallery as an inspiring meeting/host space
- use of all facilities; kitchen, internet, bathroom

- Based on fulltime occupancy (mo-fri) rent is E330,- ex btw/vat per desk a month, max 4 desks
- Other constructions/fee negotiable depending on occupancy (parttime, co-sharing, need for privacy)
- min period of 6 months with possible extension, 2 months notice
- liability insurance mandatory

The space is also very interesting for incidental/one off workshops/meetings for a seperate fee to be negotiated.
Ideally we are looking for a long term full time partnership.
