looking for a space for floral studio / ceramics studio

I am looking for a space to rent / share for my floral studio and maybe also for my ceramic studio. Just for me (about 50m2) or possible to share with my creative colleagues (space min. 100m2). Preferably Amsterdam North!

Must haves:
- ground floor
- day light
- water access
