Studio/office space to share in Rotterdam

I have room to share part of my 75m2 Rotterdam foodlab/studio for office/studio/design workers. The studio is big, calm and has a beautiful green view on a park. The location is in Food Art Hub Veldkers, in Rotterdam Schiebroek. There is private parking, elevator. I am currently not using my foodlab (Manenwolfs) a lot. The kitchen can be used as a pantry
