Studio to share in Makerspace - Contact Amsterdam - shorter or longer term

I`d like to share my studio in Contact Amsterdam ( Contactweg 47. 1014AN) with full woodworkshop and makerspace access.
Studio is 15m2, in the basement close to makerspace. Table, storage drawers and shelves, chair available right away.
I work with paper and wood in the back of the studio on my equipments.

Renting shorter term:
January - May (min. 4-5 months)
-full access of studio every weekdays, and weekends
-I will use back as storage (I might come few times to pick something)
-I will be on maternity leave from January
Price: 350euro +VAT/ months (including sercvice cost, makerspace access, coffee)
deposit: 3 months

Longer term:
available from now, or January (minimum 8-9 months)
- access to the studio weekdays, and weekends until end of April except Fridays, I might come time to time
-I will use back as storage
-I will be on maternity leave from January on
-from May we share/divide the days (I`d like to keep Friday, another weekday, possibly Thursday and one weekend day - I will come during the day only, max 4-5hrs )
Price: 250euro +VAT / months (including sercvice cost, makerspace access, coffee) - which is half of my rent
deposit: 3 months
