Artist studio for shared rental

I currently have a 6 by 5.5 meter studio space at ACTA Broedplaats - Louwesweg Amsterdam right next to Raddion. This space also has access to another 2 by 2 meter room and very large hallway for lots of storage.
I am only at the studio on Friday and weekends and am looking for two people to rent the space. With three people total the monthly rent is €230 per person but usually has an annual refund for energy costs.
