Cassette tapeloop

Learn how to make your own cassette tapeloop. Discover the warm, warbled sound of cassette.
Embrace imperfection, unpredictability and hiss. Dutch and English spoken.

You will create a cassette tapeloop from scratch. I will provide all the tools you need and guide you through the whole process. Once you've made the loop, we’ll be recording sounds to the loop using a four track cassette recorder. You will then mix the four tracks to a minutes long abstract soundscape. Once completed and exported as mp3 and/or wav, the cassette is yours to take home.
