Meditative Symbiosis Workshop [Part of TEMPORARILY OUT OF PLACE]

Join artist Jean Danton Laffert for an immersive workshop exploring the hidden rhythms of plant life. Using electrodes and simple sensors, we’ll detect and translate the electrical signals or “pulses” of common houseplants and plants growing around Treehouse NDSM. Guided by the artist, participants will creatively transform these signals into sound and light compositions, both analogue and digital, as well as paper drawings that visualize the plants’ biological variations.
