Het kantoor heeft twee werkplekken in een rustige, mooie lichte ruimte met grote ramen op de Coppelstockstraat 50 in het leuke Bos en Lommer op de grens met de Baarsjes en vlakbij de Jordaan. Er is voldoende parkeerruimte (betaald) en er zijn prima OV-verbindingen.
Omdat ik straks zelf nog maar 1-2 vaste werkdagen gebruik ga maken van het kantoor, heb je de ruimte grotendeels voor jezelf. Dus geen plek aan een grote tafel in een rumoerige kantoortuin met tientallen anderen, maar je eigen bureau in je eigen kantoorruimte. En je kunt al je spullen kwijt in de grote wandkast, dus geen rommel meer thuis op de eettafel ;-)
In De Coppel bevinden zich 10 kleine kantoren met leuke kantoorgenoten van diverse (creatieve) ZZP bedrijven. Denk hierbij aan videomontage, social media marketing, onderwijsontwikkeling, stylisten etc.
Er is een pantry vlakbij je kantoor en er is een volledig ingerichte keuken met grote tafel en een loungegedeelte voor gezamenlijk gebruik. Deze kun je, in overleg, voor meetings of workshops gebruiken.
De maandelijkse kosten bedragen ongeveer € 195 excl. BTW. De huur is inclusief supersnel internet, water, licht, verwarming, wekelijkse schoonmaak, beveiliging en verzekering. Het bedrijfsgebouw is ook in het weekend toegankelijk.

Are you looking for a quiet workplace in your own office space in a nice working environment? Then come and find office space in Ymere's De Coppel business collective building.
The office has two workspaces in a quiet, nice light space with large windows at Coppelstockstraat 50 in the nice Bos en Lommer area, directly next to the Baarsjes and close to the Jordaan There is plenty of parking (paid) and excellent public transport connections.
As I will shortly only be using the office for 1-2 set working days myself, you will have the office mostly to yourself. So no place at a big table in a noisy office garden with tens of people, but your own desk in your own office space. And you can store all your stuff in the large wall cupboard, so no more clutter at home on the dining table ;-)
In De Coppel there are 10 small offices with nice colleagues from various small (creative) companies. Think video editing, social media marketing, educational development, stylists, etc.
There is a pantry near your office and a fully equipped kitchen with a large table and a lounge area for joint use. You can also use this for meetings or workshops, by prior arrangement.
The monthly costs are approximately € 195 excluding VAT. The rent includes super fast internet, water, light, heating, weekly cleaning, security and insurance. The building is also accessible at weekends.
