In 2016 Bert Hermans will expose again four small size paintings (20 x 20 cm) in the Galleria de Marchi, Via De Marchi 19, Bologna (Italy). Bert is one of ten artists who are invited to exhibit their works also at the “Trevisan International Art” at the Ateneo de Madrid, in Madrid (Spain) that will be held from October 18-31 2016.

Little Treasures has proven to be one of the most successful TIA annual events and according to the organizer, Paola Trevisan, 'This will be a high class exhibition in which each piece will turned out to be a precious jewel to be discovered and admired for its uniqueness, as well as seen in comparison with the other works. Your art language – with the interaction of industrial landscapes and architectures, textures and colours connection – creates rich and singular results. Dutch National Art Days Rotterdam 2016

12-13 November 2016 Dutch National Art Days AHOY - Rotterdam, NL

In 2016 the 6th version of the National Art Days take place in Ahoy Rotterdam in the Netherlands. It is a beautiful art fair with more than 1,000 works of art created by acclaimed Dutch artists. Participation in the National Art Days exhibition is only possible by invitation. The valuation is made by visitors and a professional jury present at previous exhibitions.

The National Art Days 2016 will take place on Saturday 12 and Sunday November 13th. 5,000 to 6,000 visitors are expected. Bert Hermans will be there on both days and would welcome meeting you there. He was also one of the exposers of the National Art Days exhibition in 2015

Nationale Kunstweek 2016

Van 5 tot en met 13 november 2016 vindt in heel Nederland de Nationale Kunstweek plaats. Een groot aantal kunstinstellingen, galerieën, kunstuitlenen, kunstenaars en gemeenten bieden tijdens de Kunstweek extra activiteiten, workshops, aanbiedingen, exposities en meer, waardoor kunstliefhebbers een week lang extra van beeldende kunst kunnen genieten.

Bert Hermans is een van de deelnemers aan de Nationale Kunstweek en hij stelt zijn atelier enkele dagen open voor belangstellende bezoekers.
Belangstellenden kunnen telefonisch een afspraak maken via 06-55324696 of via de email op deze website onder Contact. Op 5 en 6 november is er vrije inloop in het atelier aan de Vest 69 in Gouda van 12.00-17.00 uur.

De Kunstweek start met de bekendmaking van de Kunstenaar van het jaar (www.kunstenaarvanhetjaar.nl) en wordt afgesloten met een grootschalige, internationale kunstbeurs in Ahoy Rotterdam: de Nationale Kunstdagen (www.kunstdagen.nl) op 14 en 15 november.
Bert Hermans is ook een van de deelnemers aan de Nationale Kunstdagen en 9 van zijn schilderijen worden op 11 tot en met 113 november in de AHOY in Rotterdam tentoongesteld (zie voor meer informatie onder Nationale Kunstdagen op deze website).

Bert Hermans is asked by the organizers to expose at Trevisan International Art at the Ateneo in Madrid, Spain.
Trevisan International Art, the Organizer of this project, announces and organizes the
third edition of the International Art Exhibition “Trevisan International Art” in Madrid,
curated by Paola Trevisan (Italy) and Rosa Mascarell (Spain). The exhibition will take place in Madrid, Spain, at the Gallery of the Ateneo de Madrid, la Sala Prado del Ateneo de Madrid, from 18 till 31 October, 2016.
Joining this exhibition includes the participation also to a second exhibition, such as the
TIA annual exhibition of “Little Treasures” (8th edition) that will take place in Bologna, Italy, at the De Marchi Gallery, from 26 November till 8 December, 2016.

Annual Dutch Art Fair (ADAF), Amsterdam, Netherlands

The sixth edition of the Annual Dutch Art Fair, Amsterdam, Netherlands took place in 2016 on Friday 23d (for VIP-guests), Saturday September 24th and Sunday September 25th. The ADAF is a three-day fair of artists and designers for appreciators of contemporary art and design. And not just any fair: the ADAF is the biggest, most beautiful and most professional fair where you can meet and buy the works of artists and designers directly.

As art appreciator, -buyer and –collector you can find a wide variety of contemporary art and design at the ADAF. Works vary from figurative to abstract and from traditional to progressive. More than 200 national and international artists and designers will exhibit about 1.700 2d-works and 3d-works.

The Annual Dutch Art Fair is easy to reach by public transport. Several trams and buses that leave from Amsterdam Central Station, stop a few minutes away from the Annual Dutch Art Fair at World Fashion Centre / Beursplaza. You can use 9292OV planner to plan your journey by public transport.

The ArtExpo Amsterdam 2016 took place in several galleries in Amsterdam (Hotel Pulitzer - Amsterdam, Notting Hill hotel, Double Tree by Hilton NDSM and the Mercure Amsterdam) and was organized by Fransastic.

Bert Hermans is one of the artists who had the opportunity to participate in the ARTExpo Amsterdam 2016 in the period of July 22 juli until September 16 in the Double Tree by Hilton - NDSM hotel, which is situated in the most creative part of Amsterdam on previous NDSM terrain.

Marziart International Gallery in Hamburg, Germany, is a space, where international artists can present and sell their works to the German public. Marziart is a meeting place, a platform for a world-wide, cultural exchange. The gallery provides a broad network with the links to other galleries and artgroups.
In accordance with a high-grade claim, artists are selected for a yearly schedule. There is every month one groupshow with 5 painters or photographers and 1 sculptor.

Bert was selected with 10 works from 22nd of April 2016 -18th of May 2016. The opening of the exhibitionist took place on friday 22nd of April from 19.00-22.00.
