Little Treasures Bologna Italy

In 2017 Bert Hermans will expose again four small size paintings (20 x 20 cm) in the Galleria de Marchi, Via De Marchi 19, Bologna (Italy). Bert is one of ten artists who are invited to exhibit their works also at the “Trevisan International Art” at the Ateneo de Madrid, in Madrid (Spain).

Dutch National Art Days 2017

12-13 November 2016 Dutch National Art Days Beursfabriek Nieuwegein (near Utrecht)

In 2017 the 7th version of the National Art Days will not take place in Ahoy Rotterdam, but in the Beursfabriek in Nieuwegein near Utrecht in the Netherlands. It is a beautiful art fair with more than 1,000 works of art created by acclaimed Dutch artists. Participation in the National Art Days exhibition is only possible by invitation. The valuation is made by visitors and a professional jury present at previous exhibitions.

The National Art Days 2017 will take place on Saturday 12 and Sunday November 13th. 5,000 to 6,000 visitors are expected. Bert Hermans will be there on both days and would welcome meeting you there. He was also one of the exposers of the National Art Days exhibition in 2015 and 2016.

Shanghai Art Fair

Shanghai Art Fair 2017(21st), as Aisa’s celebrated art exchange with long history and high internationalization degree, will be grandly held from Nov.1-5 at Shanghai World EXPO Exhibition & Convention Center, continuing the scale as before, presenting domestic and overseas collectors a gorgeous art event in Shanghai as well.
Shanghai Art Fair, established in 1997, has been successfully held under the support of Saulterretimized art event, which not only bridged the gap between worldwide and Shanghai, public and art, but also shaped a paradigm for the domestic art fairs.
More than 20 countries and areas’ art galleries, organizations, agencies participated in this lively art exchange during the past dozen years. Many original artworks from the world-class masters, such as Picasso, Rembrandt, Chagall, Dali, Renoir, Monet, Zhu Dequn, Qi Baishi, Xu Beihong, Zhang Daqian, made the debut in China or Asia through the great stage established by Shanghai Art Fair. Number of spectators was around 60000.

Annual Dutch Art Fair Amsterdam

In October 2017 Bert Hermans will exhibit again his paintings at the ADAF 2017. The seventh edition of the Annual Dutch Art Fair, Amsterdam, Netherlands takes place in 2017 on Friday 13 (for VIP-guests), Saturday September 14 and Sunday September 15. The ADAF is a three-day fair of artists and designers for appreciators of contemporary art and design. And not just any fair: the ADAF is the biggest, most beautiful and most professional fair where you can meet and buy the works of artists and designers directly.

As art appreciator, -buyer and –collector you can find a wide variety of contemporary art and design at the ADAF. Works vary from figurative to abstract and from traditional to progressive. More than 200 national and international artists and designers will exhibit about 1.700 2d-works and 3d-works.

The Annual Dutch Art Fair is easy to reach by public transport. Several trams and buses that leave from Amsterdam Central Station, stop a few minutes away from the Annual Dutch Art Fair at World Fashion Centre / Beursplaza. You can use 9292OV planner to plan your journey by public transport.

London Crossroads Art Fair 2017

Crossroads returns to London marking a big shift with new art direction
and a new centrally located venue. A fresh, curated art fair with a strong vision,
Crossroads will feel more like an exhibition rather than a traditional art fair.
Placing artists at its heart, Crossroads encourages solo booths, shared presentations
and dialogues conceived around the particularities of the space.
The emphasis is on proposals that put forward intersectionality and show a geo-political stance.

CROSSROADS 2017 will take place at B1, situated in the basement of the magnificent Victoria House, only 10 minutes by car, or a short Tube ride, from Regent’s Park. The layout will make the fair feel like an exhibition, privileging solo booths and collaborations between galleries.

The utilisation of the space will be in stark contrast with the traditional fair layout, with its repetition of white cubes. Purposefully cool, B1 enjoys a unique architectural style that combines industrial elements with exposed brickwork and blank canvas walls.

From July 17 - August 12 an exhibition of 22 paintings of Bert Hermans will take place in Gallery Steiner in the old city centre of Vienna in Austria. During this exposition oil paintings will be shown which have been painted from 2012-2017.
The gallery STEINER is a modern art gallery in the heart of Vienna (Old Town). The mission of the company, led by Michelle & Corinna Steiner stands for professionalism, modernity, diversity and internationalism. The noble address Kurrentgasse 4 represents within the 1st district one of the most prestigious locations in Vienna`s city center. Since it`s founding on june 3th 2008, the gallery has established itself as a meeting point for qualified art collectors and a hub for internationally recognized and mordern artists.
The opening reception of the exposition of Bert's paintings is on Thursday, July 20 2017 at 18.30.
