Two of my Climate Artwork’s are celected and is now part of the Climate Art Collection in Berlin.
I am very pleased with it…

CLIMATE ART! -
Art in the context of the anthropocene, environmentalism & the climate crisis.
The Climate Art Collection is a non-profit initiative based in Berlin that collects, communicates and exhibits artworks on the topic of climate change on a global scale.
Our goal is to make climate change and the associated effects perceptible and tangible through art. Climate change is here and it is real.
We are constantly confronted with it, avoiding it is no longer possible!

- The Crooks of our Climate -
I want to manifest through with this Climate Artwork an awareness for a better balance for a good healthy Environment and Climate.
Spark plug has the function to detonating fossil fuels for mechanical propulsion.
During the industrial revolution and the traditional energy transition began in the 19th century, the Spark Plug was invented by Lenoir (F) “1860” for burning up Fossil Fuels.
I created this Climate Change Artwork, a synthesis of nature and technology, using old spark plugs and screws in a geometric pattern and paradoxically depicting it with a fossilized sea urchin of about 80,000,000 years old.
Because it explains the same age as the fossil fuels such as oil, petrol, diesel, gas, etc.

- e TRANSFORMER -
a interactive 3D LED Kinetic installation it represents as an converter metaphorical, about the energy transition from the old combustion engine with Fossil Fuels Due to harmful emissions in our atmosphere, to the newer clean energies such as electrical engines but also the H2 waterstof Fuel-cel. I think this is necessary for a better future to a Healthy Environment and Climate.
Materials are a metal sheet and has undergone a treatment through a natural process about 9 months outside in all wether involving rusting "patinated" to represent “The Old Tech” and is lacquered with transparent varnish.
The rusty surface stands also as a symbolic about the discovery of metal from the Iron Age of prehistory (1800 BC) and at the same time with the industrial revolution of the 19th century. There are x numbers of stainless steel Allen screws mounted in a Geometric pattern together with 10 bleu LED’s meant as “The new Tech”, those flashing only by approaching.
I am not an activist but on my artistic way I want through my artwork to make my statement for more awareness for a better balance of a Healthy Environment and Climate.
