Hello to All!
I am resuming my art therapy workshops (active art-making workshops) to help people to express and resolve their everyday fears and anxieties or other negative emotions.
At these workshops participants learn how to apply art and creative processes to reduce fears, anxiety and stress while also addressing some of these during the workshops themselves.

* 1st workshop: 2pm - 5pm
* 2nd workshop: 6pm - 9pm

Ik hervat mijn workshops kunsttherapie (workshops voor actief kunst maken) om mensen te helpen hun dagelijkse angsten en angsten of andere negatieve emoties te uiten en op te lossen.
Tijdens deze workshops leren deelnemers hoe ze kunst en creatieve processen kunnen toepassen om angsten, ongerustheid en stress te verminderen, terwijl ze ook enkele hiervan tijdens de workshops zelf kunnen aanpakken.
