Femke Moedt TRANSITION @Vrijpaleis Solo Exhibition — Dear all,

I'm excited to invite you to my upcoming project, a solo exhibition at the Vrijpaleis in Amsterdam.

TRANSITION consists of a series of street scenes, painted in 2020 during lockdown in A'dam, and the introspective works on gender identity, which emerged after this period.
With these non-binary portraits, I'm not only concerned with physical appearances, but more importantly, to translate a fragmented, inner world into expressive and meaningful (mixed media) paintings.
