We have one beautiful 17m2 studio available at Broedplaats Contact Amsterdam, a creative venue based in the West of Amsterdam.
Originally a car manufacturing building, this 4000m2 space has been transformed into 60 studios and workstations for artists & creatives, with shared areas such as a theater, meeting rooms, a garden and a restaurant called LFTOVR. At the heart of the space is a makerspace, where various machines and digital fabrication tools are accessible for our creative community and for makers in the Amsterdam area.
At the moment, we have a 17m2 studio available for rent from July 2024.
It is located in the main building, on the ground floor, with big windows, natural light, and a very high ceiling (4m).
Price of the studio:
566 € ex. VAT, including service costs and access to the makerspace.
Renting a space at Contact gives you access to our beautiful and fully-equipped makerspace (ceramic kilns, lasercutters, 3D printers, format saw, CNC-milling, etc.) and to our community of more than 80 artists, designers, makers, and creative entrepreneurs.
