Due to Covid-19, the citizens of Amsterdam were asked to stay home as much as possible and avoid busy places. You could still enter the Vondelpark, but there were warning signs everywhere to keep your distance and stay home. Although it was a beautiful spring, the fear for the virus was almost tangible, which I decided to translate to the canvas by means of color.
